March Madness

Lately, life has been chaos around here.  As I previously mentioned, we are doing a number of upgrades in our house including the replacement of all of our windows, which means the house is in disorder as I write this.  The work is going well, but my mind often reflects the shape of my surroundings.   In addition to the work, last week our water heater decided to spring a leak that went unnoticed until a few days ago.  I got that taken care of and then I got sick – not just a little sick, but the sickest I have been in many years.  A cough up a lung type of sickness.  Anyway, that is why I have not posted a photo for the last few days.  But things are getting better.  And things could definitely be worse.  Just watching the news reminds me of this.

I, Alone

My school, the OSCVI, hosted the Bluewater basketball tournament yesterday, so I decided I would take my camera and take some pictures.  I definitely don’t consider myself a sports specialist, but I do enjoy trying to find the story.  I think I did okay yesterday.  This one makes me feel sorry for the lone KDSS Knight.

The OSCVI Falcons won both the Sr. and Jr. Boys Championships.  We are the mighty Falcons.

Canted Version

And here’s the proof.  If you have no idea what I am talking about please have a look at yesterday’s post.  Peace.

March Madness

This is a pretty good representation of how I felt after watching far too much basketball the last few weekends.

Actually, I made a strange discovery last year while fooling around with my camera while watching the NCAA tournament.  I discovered that if I held my camera square to my Plasma TV, the image came out like this.  If you don’t know him, this is a CBS basketball analyst named Clark Kellogg.  But if I canted it slightly, the image came out normal.  I will provide proof of this tomorrow.  If anyone can explain why this happened, I would love to hear it.  Peace.
